1- What is the time frame to receive my service manual?
We send you messages 2 times , and the sum of the time you wait is max 12 hours.
However if you have more questions , your form is not complete or … more time may be needed which depends on you.
Please note that ASM sends you your service manual within only 1-2 hours most of times.
2- What payment methods you accept in your website?
Currently Moneybookers is our preferred method , but we also accept Paypal and e-gold.
We can’t accept any of other payments for now.
For service manuals larger than 15MB , we charge additional fee (refer to price and conditions page) however if you make the payment using Moneybookers or e-gold , the price will be 5.50 USD for all of them.
3- What is your working hours/days?
ASM is at your service 24/7/365 , even if you submit a request at 3:00 AM of a holiday.
Our reference time is GMT.(UTC)
4- I want to have a hard print manual.
It’s not possible , ASM is an international website and sending physical prints to different locations around the world is very difficult , while you can have its PDF within some hours , sending by expensive mail has not any benefit.
5- What is 85% , 10% , 5% in your price and conditions page?
It’s just statistics , means that the price for 85% of our service manuals is 5.50 USD , and …
6- I have submitted the order form and had not any reply.
It can have many reasons :
- Your submitted email address is incorrect or unavailable , your email box is full , you have set a very hard filter in your mail system , if so , check also the bulk folder.
- Your order form is not complete or is suspected , in this case ASM does not reply!
- You have set an order which is not available , for example you see a model number in our list and need its user's manual while we have its service manual , …
- In some rare cases , different network problems may be the cause of message delivery , thus kindly fill the form again after some hours or one day.
7- I have made the payment but have not received my document yet.
If the time frame is ending , immediately contact us by sending to our email addresses or submitting the form and make sure to provide additional contact methods like another email box , …or your phone number if the situation is critical for you , ASM robot will call you.
8- Do you know a place for purchasing electronic parts?
ASM deals with many people around the world and is not familiar with all globe streets! However in some cases we can guide you to find a shop in your area.
9- Why ASM has sent me a refund?
Suspected activity , messages or information during payment causes it.
10- The information I was seeking is not in downloaded service manual.
Always write the exact information you seek in comments filed of order form , then we can clarify if your desired info is included.
Please note that information which are common for many of models , usually are not present in service manuals , also a service manual don’t teach electronics basics , however some few valuable manuals include training materials.
11- The service manual folder is no longer available or is empty.
This is because :
- We set the file for 1 week , after that date we may remove the file , kindly download the files during 7 days.
- We observe multiple downloads from your folder , in case of multiple downloads , we immediately delete the file from server.
- If you have lost your manual because of any hardware failure or disaster , please inform ASM to set it again.
12- What about the quality of service / user manuals or schematics?
Most of them are in high quality genuine PDF , but some are scanned ones , the base price of service manuals is 5.50 USD , and for a few larger files it increases.
The quality of service manual is not related with its price in most cases but it depends on file size.
13- The service manual I seek , is not listed in your pages , can I order it?
Yes , of course we have or may send many other service manuals which are not listed in sample pages.
14- Does service manual come with schematic?
It depends on conditions and type of device , for example in case of printers , most of service manuals are without detailed schematics.
15- What is schematic?
The schematic means the “detailed diagram of electronic boards” which indicates the designator , values and specification of electronic components like ICs , resistors , capacitors , transistors , …
16- I don’t know what I should order , service manual , schematic or user manual.
Usually skilled and experienced technicians need only schematic of device , because they know what to do for troubleshooting , adjustments and repairing , in other cases , it’s recommended to obtain the complete service manual.
17- I don’t want to pay in your website , what I must perform to proceed?
Payment is never done here , immediately after clicking on payment buttons , you exit our website and enter a secure website like Paypal.
18- Can I write in other languages than English?
Yes , you can write in some languages which you see their flags , but we will answer you in English.
19- I need a document in other languages.
This option is usually available for user manuals , but almost all service manuals and schematics are in English.
20- I can’t proceed with payment or access to payment page.
Because you should receive our confirmation message first , which contains the payment information.
21- Why ASM chat room is not active?
There was a very good software for chat , which we were using its first versions , but its higher versions are not stable and secure , thus we have stopped chat option currently.
